Kama Depot brings some terms and conditions for its customers. These would let everyone know crucial facts before purchasing at our store.

- Kama Depot approves orders of individuals who are 18 years and above. While placing an order, one has to mention their age limit. Otherwise, the order will not be processed.
- If kamadepot.com sends the wrong product, we will give up to 48 hours to inform us. No return request will be taken after this period.
- If Kama Depot sends products that have undergone damage on their way, we will replace them. Since we are accountable, we will accept the return. However, we will not refund the order amount.
- Our products are sold fresh. Hence, we never send used products. Therefore, we do not accept returns if one claims we have sent used products.
